Account access
Rima has no public registration. Use an approved family account. If your password no longer works, reset it from the Rima sign-in page and try again before reporting an access problem.
Report a problem
When you can sign in, use Report an issue to send a bug or improvement idea. Include the screen, what you expected, what happened, and the app version. Remove unnecessary family details before sending.

For an access problem, privacy request, or product question that cannot be sent from the app, contact Bang Ly through LinkedIn. Never send a password, access token, private photo, or raw family conversation.
