Rima welcomes careful, good-faith reports that help protect visitors and family members.
How to report
Use the Report an issue button, choose Security concern, and include the affected page, what you observed, and minimal safe reproduction steps. Rima will provide a reference after submission.
Testing scope
Responsible testing is limited to your own session on askrima.com. The public showcase must remain separated from signed-in family data, and anonymous visitors must not be able to reach private family features.
Please avoid
Do not access another person’s information, use real family data in testing, perform denial-of-service or brute-force testing, upload malware, or publish an unresolved issue. Never include credentials or access tokens in a report.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by Rima’s owner. Please allow time to confirm, remediate, and retest a valid issue before public disclosure.
